Now, and for the future.

Department

The mission of the Philanthropic Growth & Engagement (PG&E) Department is to advance Mercy Corps' mission by raising impactful and flexible funds with a focus on growing unrestricted fundraising from individuals, companies, and foundations, and elevating our global profile and influence. Our team brings together private fundraising professionals, marketing and communications specialists, development operations experts, and digital platform managers. Project

To advance our mission, Mercy Corps has embarked on a global rebrand and renaming initiative to build a strong, externally facing brand that elevates our identity and impact worldwide. While the essence of our organization remains rooted in the 10-year Pathway to Possibility strategy, this rebrand provides an opportunity to articulate what makes us unique in a way that is both differentiating and motivating to diverse audiences.

The rebrand will be introduced internally and externally in 2026, followed by a full transition to the new brand identity. For country and regional teams, this means adapting and implementing localized rollout plans that align with global standards while meeting local needs. This includes updating materials, communications, and processes, as well as preparing teams to adopt new brand guidelines. The project will require close coordination across regions, strong stakeholder engagement, and thoughtful change management to ensure a smooth and successful transition.

The Senior Project Manager supporting Global Programs implementation will play a critical role in supporting Mercy Corps global rebrand rollout across diverse country and regional contexts. Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Rebrand, and a participant in the Rebrand Project Management Office (PMO), this position will partner closely with the Senior Director of Operations Management, regional leadership, and country teams to ensure that localized implementation plans align with team resources, the timeline, and global brand standards while incorporating and considering diverse local context and needs, including varying security environments, regulatory frameworks and cultural dynamics.

The role will focus on coordination, stakeholder engagement, and change management to enable a smooth and successful transition to the new brand identity.

This individual will provide expert project management support to guide planning, execution, and monitoring of country and regional rollout activities. They will help identify training and capacity-building…
