This is a Full-time hybrid role for the Vice President of Growth, based in Lubbock, TX, with the flexibility to work from home for certain responsibilities. The VP of Growth will oversee strategic planning, business development, sales, and marketing efforts to achieve company expansion goals. Responsibilities include driving revenue growth, building long‑term partnerships, leading a team, and identifying innovative opportunities to expand the business while aligning with Hydrate
X's mission.
- Proven expertise in Sales and Business Development to drive revenue generation and build strong partnerships
- Experience in Strategic Planning and identifying growth opportunities aligned with company objectives
- Strong skills in Team Leadership to inspire, guide, and manage high-performance teams
- Marketing knowledge and experience to develop initiatives that promote brand growth and client acquisition
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Proficiency in leveraging data to inform decision‑making and develop actionable strategies
- Previous experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
