• Lead and manage a sales team, set and achieve sales targets, develop sales strategies to meet company objectives.
• Daily training and coaching of team members, conduct sales presentations, ensure excellent customer service.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and report results to senior management.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven experience in sales and developing sales strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train, motivate, and coach sales teams.
• Proficient in using sales performance metrics and reporting tools.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
