** About the role
** As our Sales Manager – Separation Technologies, you will lead the BU sales team across Oceania and take ownership of our growth strategy. This is a rare leadership opportunity offering:

* A purpose‐driven workplace where sustainability is at the heart of everything we do While based in Hamilton, the role includes travel across Australia and New Zealand, working closely with customers, partners, and your experienced internal support network. In this role, you will:

Drive Sales Strategy & Growth
* Define and implement growth strategies for Separation Technologies across Oceania
* Lead business planning, business reviews, forecasting, and market analysis
* Strengthen customer relationships and showcase the value of Alfa Laval innovations

Lead & Develop a High‐Performing Sales Team
* Set team and individual targets in a structured, data-driven way
* Coach, mentor, and develop your team to achieve exceptional results
* Foster a culture of active customer engagement and proactive sales execution

Ensure Commercial Excellence
* Be active in the market with focus on visits, meetings and interactions with customers for value selling
* Oversee quote development and value‐based proposal creation including meeting the customer timelines
* Collaborate with Marketing on commercial activities, campaigns, and events
* Drive consistent CRM adoption to improve visibility and decision-making
* Work closely with central BUs and sales support to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction
** Who You Are
** You bring a mix of technical understanding, commercial drive, and people leadership, including:
* Strong technical sales background in mechanical or chemical engineering, ideally with experience in high‐speed separators or decanter centrifuges
* Several years of leadership or team management experience
* Excellent negotiation skills and commercial acumen
* A strategic mindset with the ability to motivate, influence, and lead change
* Flexible, open‐minded, and confident working across functions and borders
