We are looking for a new colleague for Arjo Global Procurement, reporting to the Manager Procurement Project Office.
Responsibilities- Serving as an active core team member in New Product Development (NPD) projects.
- Leading the planning and execution of procurement activities throughout the NPD lifecycle—from pre-study to implementation—ensuring alignment with project scope, timelines, and budget.
- Providing procurement status updates at each gate review stage of NPD projects.
- Ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement across all project phases.
- Monitoring project and program performance, and delivering regular status reports to Management and the Project Office.
- Identifying, assessing, and mitigating procurement‑related risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of project management methodologies, standards, tools, and processes.
- Guiding and motivating cross‑functional teams to achieve procurement‑related project goals.
- Ensuring procurement deliverables meet quality standards and specifications.
- Managing project and program budgets with a focus on financial control and value creation.
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in procurement and project management practices.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, business administration or related fields
- Good knowledge of Business and Procurement processes in global environment
- 5‑10+ years of Procurement experience in a corporate setting
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Project Lead
- Strong knowledge of project management
- Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
- Fluent in English
- PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus
- Experience from leading projects in international organization
