.
In this key role, you’ll shape the direction of Thirteen by driving real, measurable change for our customers and positioning us for long‑term success. You’ll help us stay ahead of the curve by ensuring our strategies are forward thinking, aligned, and measured.
This is a hybrid role, so you’ll work from home and a couple of days a week from our fantastic office at Hudson Quay in Middlesbrough. We’ll need you to be flexible around business and team need, so you may need to come into the office more frequently when required.

- Shape our strategic direction by coordinating the design and delivery of our strategic plan. You’ll ensure our priorities are aligned, ambitious, and informed by external insight.
- Make sure key strategies and programmes, such as ED&I and ESG, are aligned and deliver measurable results.
- Track and evaluate service improvement, assess impact, and drive strategic growth.
- Translate data into insight by presenting and analysing performance information that provides assurance and strengthens decision making.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering strategic evaluation frameworks and impact assessment in complex organisations.
- A strong understanding of housing, public‑sector strategy, or regulated environments.
- You’ll be confident with carrying out data analysis, measuring outcomes, presenting data, and using evidence to steer improvement.
- Fantastic collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders to create aligned and progressive, evidence‑based strategies.
- An exceptional communicator, with skills in challenging the status quo, influencing stakeholders at every level, and inspiring improvement and innovation.
