he Role You’ll be part of our Programme and Project Management team, supporting the successful delivery of new and ongoing healthcare projects. Working alongside senior colleagues, you’ll play a key role in managing projects, building client relationships, and ensuring excellence at every
stage. What you’ll b- e doing:
Supporting the delivery of complex health sector projects from business case through to co - ionships
Managing day-to-day project coordination and r - eporting
Supporting procurement and tender p - rocesses
Assisting with NEC4 contract admini - tration
Preparing high-quality reports and prese - ntations
Monitoring project performance, risk and financial - control
Working collaboratively within multidisciplina - ry teams
Contributing to business development and bid pre - paration
Escalating risks and issues appropriately to senior le
adership

You’ll bring solid project experience, strong organisational skills, and the ambition to continue developing your
- Knowledge:
Experience working within the Health Sector - (preferred)
NEC4 contract experience (o - r exposure)
Experience supporting Business Case Sta - experience
Practical experience in project management within construction or - consultancy
Understanding of construction procurement - strategies
Awareness of building contract - legislation
Experience supporting contract administration as C
- n and verbal
Collaborative mindset and team-orien - ted approach
Organised with strong attenti - on to detail
Commercial awareness and financ - ial literacy
