Paradigm Media is a performance-driven growth agency partnering with ambitious e-commerce and DTC brands to scale profitably. We combine data, creative strategy, and paid media excellence to drive measurable commercial outcomes.
We are entering our next phase of growth and are looking for a Head of Paid to lead, scale, and elevate our paid media function.
The RoleThe Head of Paid will own the strategy, performance, and growth of Paradigm’s Paid Media department across Paid Social (Meta & Tik Tok), and emerging platforms.
This is a senior leadership position responsible for performance delivery, client retention, team development, and commercial contribution to the agency.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership- Own the vision and roadmap for the Paid Media department
- Develop scalable frameworks for testing, optimisation, and creative strategy
- Ensure profitability and margin across paid accounts
- Stay ahead of industry trends and platform developments
- Contribute to agency strategy and new business pitches
- Oversee performance of high-spend DTC and e-commerce accounts (£100k–£500k+ monthly budgets)
- Drive measurable revenue growth and efficiency improvements
- Lead strategic planning sessions and performance reviews
- Identify upsell and growth opportunities
- Maintain strong client relationships to maximise retention
- Lead, mentor, and develop Paid Media Managers and Creative team members
- Implement clear KPIs and accountability frameworks
- Build hiring plans aligned with growth
- Support onboarding of new clients
- Create a high-performance, results-driven culture
- Align paid strategy with creative testing frameworks
- Drive structured experimentation across platforms
- Encourage performance-led creative thinking
- Continuously refine processes to improve output and results
- 5 - 8+ years in Paid Media within an agency or high-growth e-commerce environment
- Proven experience managing high-spend accounts (£100k+ monthly budgets)
- Strong DTC / e-commerce performance background
- Prior team leadership experience
- Track record of client retention and revenue growth
- Deep expertise in Meta Ads (essential)
- Strong knowledge of Tik Tok, You Tube, and Paid Search
- Commercially aware and financially literate
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Highly analytical and data-driven
- Strong operational and organisational ability

- Strategic but hands-on when required
