This is a full-time hybrid position based in Singapore allowing for a blend of on-site and remote work. The Warehouse Operations Manager / Warehouse Supervisor (Team Lead) / Warehouse Clerk will oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient processes, accurate inventory management, and smooth logistics. Key responsibilities include managing inventory systems, monitoring workflows, supervising warehouse staff, supporting operational initiatives, and maintaining a customer-centric approach to fulfill orders and inquiries effectively.
Adherence to safety and compliance standards will be essential to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Strong Supervisory Skills and previous experience leading teams or overseeing staff
- Proficiency in Operations Management, including planning, organizing, and managing workflows
- Knowledge of Inventory Control principles and best practices to maintain accurate stock levels
- Experience in Warehouse Management, including organization, efficiency, and ensuring safety compliance
- Excellent Customer Service skills to maintain professional client and vendor relationships
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and possess good communication skills
- Proficiency in using warehouse management software and tracking tools is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
