Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Manager at BUHARIWALA LOGISTICS in New Delhi, India. The role involves overseeing daily logistics operations, coordinating with teams to ensure smooth supply chain management, optimizing processes for improved efficiency, and maintaining compliance with company standards. This role also includes managing budgets, ensuring timely deliveries, and analyzing performance metrics. Some work-from-home flexibility is available.

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
Proficiency in logistics management and operations, including supply chain processes and inventory planning
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for managing teams and liaising with clients and stakeholders
Problem-solving and analytical skills to address challenges and improve operational efficiency
Proficiency in tools and software relevant to logistics and operations management; knowledge of ERP systems is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or operations management is highly desirable
Flexibility to adapt to hybrid work environments and evolving business needs
