As a Portfolio Manager (m/f/x)*, You Will Have The Opportunity To Tap Into Your Curiosity And Collaborate With Some Of The Most Innovative And Diverse People Around The World. Here, You Will Make An Impact By

  • Managing Negative Pressure Wound Therapy portfolio strategies implementation in EMEA
  • Sharing portfolio strategy and providing product and market support to the cross functional teams including Campaign, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Sales & Marketing
  • Executing Global NPI’s and Commercialization Process in country and lead Portfolio lifecycle management
  • Facilitating the IBP Portfolio Review by providing demand forecasts and insights
  • Analyze and manage pricing strategies to identify market trends, maximize profitability, ensure competitiveness, and support strategic growth across tenders and distribution channels
  • Leading regional initiatives to boost demand generation and adoption of Solventum's Negative Pressure Wound Therapy, actively supporting sales teams, channels, and clinical specialists.
  • Driving market insights to better understand the Wound Care market and identifying external partnerships and business development initiatives to enhance market presence.
Your Skills And Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university
  • Profound Marketing experience, with a proven track record delivering business results
  • Fluent English skills
  • Strong communication, analytical and Marketing skills
  • Ability to translate a global portfolio strategy into area adapted tactics including prioritization of regions and/or segments
  • Able to move in a fast-paced, decision-oriented environment, influencing other.
Additional qualifications
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Experience in Marketing, and Product Management or Development working in a health care or medical device environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in the Wound Care market
  • Strong critical thinking skills and communications skills (verbal, written, presentation) with an ability to clearly convey complex information to diverse audiences
  • Proven capability to collaborate across functions and internal structures
