Job DescriptionThis role will report into the Change, Adoption and Learning Senior Director and will be responsible for leading the change process and deliverables for client implementations. The Senior Change Consultant plays a key role in ensuring the successful adoption of new systems and ways of working for our clients. This client-facing role focuses on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, technology, job roles, and organisational structures, to drive sustainable transformation outcomes.
Working closely with client leadership, delivery teams, and our internal Change, Adoption & Learning practice, you will lead the design and delivery of change management strategies and plans that prepare, equip, and support individuals and teams through complex transformation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the delivery of change and adoption activities in line with agreed change approaches and plans, ensuring clients are business-ready for go-live and beyond.
- Conduct change impact assessments to capture all aspects of change — systems, processes, roles, skills, and technology.
- Partner with client leadership teams to drive consistent, positive messaging about the transformation, leveraging change networks to embed new ways of working.
- Design and implement communication and stakeholder engagement plans to build awareness, commitment, and capability across user groups.
- Develop engagement packs, communications, and materials that align with project objectives and reinforce the case for change.
- Collaborate with the training delivery team to ensure alignment between change, communications, and learning activities.
- Facilitate business process adoption with client process owners, supporting definition and rollout of new operating models and ‘Day in the Life’ scenarios.
- Lead business readiness assessments, interpret results, and adapt change plans and interventions accordingly.
- Coordinate hypercare and post-go-live user support (e.g., drop-in sessions, refresher training).
- Conduct post-go-live adoption and feedback surveys to track engagement and identify further improvement opportunities.
- Report progress, risks, and mitigations to the Project and Consultancy Change Manager, ensuring change deliverables are completed on time, to quality, and within budget.
