Aboutthe Role
We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a seasoned National Account Manager who understands the urgency, pace, and accountability this industry demands. If you’ve managed high-volume, multi-location national accounts and know how to lead a team this is the role you’ve been looking for.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned national accounts.
- Build client relationships based on trust, responsiveness, and consistent results.
- Ensure work is completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with code.
- Quote repairs, service, and deficiencies (especially sprinkler work).
- Manage client KPIs, compliance metrics, and service portals (e.g., Service Channel, FM Pilot).
- Coordinate with dispatch, vendors, and technicians to drive results.
- Maintain high levels of communication and follow-through with clients and internal teams.
- Lead a team of internal coordinators and vendors to ensure performance and accountability.
- 5+ years of experience in fire & life safety account management.
- Proven success managing complex, high-visibility client portfolios.
- Sprinkler and/or fire alarm system experience and ability to quote work.
- Ability to lead teams and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with service portals and dispatch systems.
- Driven, organized, and client-focused.
- Fire sprinkler and/or Fire Alarm trade knowledge.
- Strong understanding of fire sprinkler and/or fire alarm and related codes.
- Quoting experience.
- Experience managing national fire & life safety accounts.
- Client-facing account management experience.
US-Based. This is a remote position, but all candidates must be based in the United States. - Strong communication, follow-through, and organization.
- Field experience. Understanding of what happens on-site is a strong plus.
- Certifications. NICET or other relevant certifications preferred but not required.
