We're looking for a dynamic Strategic Programme Lead to drive one of the most ambitious periods of change in our organisation's history. As we redesign our business model and deliver against our strategy, you'll turn big-picture ambition into clear, actionable plans that help us create long-term, sustainable impact for young people across the UK. In this pivotal role, you'll lead our business model transformation programme, bringing clarity to complexity, navigating ambiguity, and ensuring progress 'll work closely with senior leaders, build strong relationships across the organisation, and translate strategic insight into phased delivery plans that truly shift how we operate.
From facilitating leadership workshops to testing new models and monitoring impact, you'll be at the heart of shaping how The King's Trust works today and evolves for tomorrow. If you excel at turning strategy into action and want your work to fuel real organisational progress, we'd love to hear from you. We welcome applications from people with a wide range of backgrounds and experiences - what matters most is your ability to provide strategic leadership, work collaboratively across complex environments, and help drive meaningful change for the young people we support.
Last year, we helped more than 40,000 Young People, with three in four young people on our programmes moving into a positive outcome in work, education or training. The young people we help face a range of challenges, such as unemployment, mental health issues or some who have been in trouble with the law. We believe all young people should have the chance to succeed, and that young people are the key to a positive and prosperous future for all of us.
We want to continue having a positive impact on young people's lives, and we couldn't do this without the important work of our Strategic Programme Lead! Perks for working at The Trust!
