The Warehouse Supervisor drives fast, accurate shipping and receiving of raw materials and finished goods while maintaining precise inventory control and records. This role leads the team by assigning daily priorities, optimizing workflows, and tracking performance to exceed targets.
** What You Will Do**
* ** Lead & Develop the Team**:
Inspire, coach, and manage Warehouse employees. Support hiring decisions and partner with leadership on promotions, compensation, and performance management.
* ** Drive Operational Excellence**:
Oversee efficient daily warehouse operations, ensuring flawless receiving, picking, packing, and shipping. Coordinate smooth shift handovers to maintain continuity and performance.
* ** Plan & Execute with Precision**:
Create and manage schedules, workforce plans, and work instructions. Oversee inventory control and replenishment of warehouse supplies, spare parts, and materials.
* ** Ensure Safety & Quality Standards**:
Champion service, quality, and compliance. Maintain high standards in safety, security, housekeeping, and proper use of equipment and machinery.
* ** Optimize & Innovate**:
Identify and lead process improvement initiatives. Execute strategic projects and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance warehouse performance.

* Education:

** High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
* ** Experience**: 3+ years in warehousing with experience leading teams.

* Skills:

** Strong communication and problem-solving skills, technical proficiency in Oracle and Excel, and ability to present information effectively.

** Compensation**:
The expected annual base salary range for this role is $65,000 - $80,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
