VP, Credit Program Manager

• Drive the credit build for the Growth organization, ensuring alignment with product development
• Act as a liaison between product, credit strategy, and infrastructure teams
• Develop the credit roadmap in collaboration with the product development team and stakeholders
• Identify business requirements and provide credit support from ideation to launch
• Actively participate in program increment planning within the SAFe framework

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in consumer risk management or credit management, or 8+ years in lieu of a degree
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in an Agile environment
• 5+ years of experience in credit products, including acquisitions and account management
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cross-functional team leadership
• Ability to travel for business as required

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Strong influencing skills in a complex matrix environment
• Experience in the banking or credit card industry
• Familiarity with Agile software development framework and experience as a Product Owner
• Proven track record of creative problem-solving in cross-functional settings
