Littelfuse is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented
** Project Manager
** to support the Semiconductor Business Unit’s Technical Marketing team. This role is ideal for a proactive and organized professional who excels at driving complex initiatives and ensuring the successful launch of new products to market.

This position offers a hybrid work model that allows you to work both from our office in Kaunas City Center and your home office.#
** About the job**:
* Lead and coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) activities from planning through market launch
* Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, product marketing/management, project management teams, and corporate marcom
* Coordinate campaign and promotional activities with distribution partners and media outlets
* Oversee timelines, resource dependencies, and status communications
* Maintain accurate, up-to-date project plans and documentation
* Generate project reports and dashboards using project management software
* Ensure high-quality, timely execution of key project milestones#
** About you**:
* 3 - 5 years of experience in project management or a related field
* Strong proficiency with project management software and reporting tools
* Proven success leading complex, cross-functional projects
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
* Excellent organization and documentation skills
* Experience in the power, protection, or semiconductor industry is an advantage
* Experience in graphic design is appreciated, but not required
