• Achieve profitable sales growth objectives within the assigned region through effective leadership of District Sales Managers
• Implement the sales strategy and processes for the veterinary product line within the region
• Coach and develop District Managers to enhance their business capabilities and meet growth objectives

• Respond to elevated customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Administration, Marketing, or Animal Science preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience working with multi‑functional teams
• Demonstrated business acumen within the veterinary industry
• People management experience in a mentoring or coaching role
• Availability to travel 70% of the time

• Proven track record in achieving sales growth within the veterinary sector
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience attending trade shows and managing budgets related to sales activities
