VP, Credit Program Manager

• Drive credit build initiatives for the Growth organization
• Serve as a liaison between Product, Credit strategy, and infrastructure teams
• Collaborate with product managers to deliver functionalities across multiple platforms
• Engage in program increment planning as part of the SAFe framework
• Execute special projects, including gathering competitive intelligence and managing team meetings

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in consumer risk management, credit management, or a related role; or 8+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in an Agile environment
• 5+ years of experience in credit products, including Acquisitions, Account Management, Collections, and Authentication
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cross-functional team leadership
• Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Strong influencing skills in a complex matrix working environment
• Experience in the banking or credit card industry
• Proven track record of creative problem-solving in a cross-functional and virtual setting
• Familiarity with Agile software development framework, particularly in a Product Owner role
