VP, Credit Program Manager

• Drive the credit build for the Growth organization, ensuring alignment with product development
• Act as a liaison between Product, Credit strategy, and infrastructure teams
• Collaborate with product managers to deliver functionalities/features across multiple platforms
• Support product commercialization plans and manage expectations for new functionality delivery
• Execute special projects, including gathering competitive intelligence and managing team meetings

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in consumer risk management, credit management, or a similar role; or 8+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in an Agile environment
• Minimum of 3 years of cross‑functional team leadership experience
• Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
• 5+ years of experience in credit products, including Acquisitions, Account Management, Collections, and Authentication

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Strong influencing skills in a complex matrix working environment
• Experience in the banking/credit card industry
• Familiarity with Agile software development framework, particularly in a Product Owner role
• Proven track record of creative problem‑solving in a cross‑functional and virtual environment
