• Drive credit build for the Growth organization and coordinate with cross‑functional teams
• Structure credit roadmap with the Product development team and platform stakeholders
• Develop capabilities and features, identifying gaps with Credit’s PRISM teams
• Collaborate with product managers to deliver functionality and features across all platforms
• Execute special projects, including gathering competitive intelligence and managing team meetings

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in consumer risk management, credit management, or a similar role; or 8+ years in lieu of a degree
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in an Agile environment
• 5+ years of experience in credit products, including Acquisitions, Account Management, Collections, and Authentication
• Minimum of 3 years of cross‑functional team leadership management experience
• Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Strong influencing skills in a complex matrix working environment
• Experience in the banking or credit card industry
• Track record of creative problem‑solving and thriving in a cross‑functional and virtual environment
• Experience with Agile software development framework, acting in the Product Owner role
