- Strategically lead territory by managing a portfolio and making impactful market decisions
- Lead a team to anticipate needs and provide timely information
- Advocate for state-specific needs while aligning with compliance and organizational objectives
- Develop and implement strategies to meet personal lines budgets and membership needs
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including regulatory bodies and distribution partners
- BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 10 years of related work experience, with at least 5 years managing personal lines insurance products
- Proven track record of using data to inspire action
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Solid knowledge of P&C insurance products, pricing, and product management
- MBA strongly preferred
- CPCU certification or Actuarial designation (ACAS, FCAS)
- 5+ years managing people and leading product management teams
- Experience in creating an inclusive and psychologically safe work environment
- Demonstrated ability to align team efforts with enterprise strategy
