Accounts Payable Manager

Location: McLean, VA (onsite 4 days per week with 1 day remote)

Schedule: 40 hours per week (full-time, permanent)

Compensation: $80,000 per year plus bonus

Our client, a property management firm, is looking to add an Accounts Payable Manager to their growing team. This opportunity sits in the client's McLean, VA headquarters four days a week with one work-from-home day. This position is responsible for overseeing the accounts payable, 1099 process, and 3 team members. Experience with Yardi or MRI is required.

• Oversee a staff of three accounts payable specialists
• Coordinate all end of month accruals and reconciliations as needed between the AP system and the General Ledger
• Incorporate best practices in Procure-to-Pay process to drive efficiency and reduce processing timeline
• Verify that all vouchers and daily responsibilities are executed in an effective and efficient manner

• 3+ years of experience of management experience within Accounts Payable
• Experience with Yardi or MRI is required
