Network Specialist - OSP Construction

• Coordinate and supervise outside plant field construction and splicing operations across multiple locations
• Provide technical support for special request projects and interact with finance and legal departments for asset transfers
• Conduct audits of OSP projects to ensure compliance with standards and accuracy in documentation
• Manage construction projects by reviewing work quality and maintaining project documentation
• Ensure compliance with Sarbanes‑Oxley guidelines and conduct necessary pre‑construction meetings

• Associate Degree (or higher)
  -OR- 2+ years of professional work experience
• 2+ years of experience in Voice, Data, or Video networking
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance
• Understanding of Telecommunications industry principles and NESC construction practices
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

• Experience in OSP Construction and/or Engineering (fiber or copper or coax)
• Project Management experience
• Proficiency in ESRI ArcGIS or other GIS tools
• Understanding of Fiber to The Home (FTTH) design and construction techniques
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
