- Coordinate and supervise outside plant field construction and splicing operations across multiple locations
- Provide technical support for special request projects and interact with finance and legal departments for asset transfers
- Conduct audits of OSP projects to ensure compliance with standards and accuracy in documentation
- Manage construction projects by reviewing work quality and maintaining project documentation
- Ensure compliance with Sarbanes‑Oxley guidelines and conduct necessary pre‑construction meetings
- Associate Degree (or higher)
-OR- 2+ years of professional work experience - 2+ years of experience in Voice, Data, or Video networking
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance
- Understanding of Telecommunications industry principles and NESC construction practices
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience in OSP Construction and/or Engineering (fiber or copper or coax)
- Project Management experience
- Proficiency in ESRI ArcGIS or other GIS tools
- Understanding of Fiber to The Home (FTTH) design and construction techniques
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
