Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced First-Line Supervisor of Firefighting and Prevention Workers to provide subject matter expertise for advanced AI training initiatives. In this remote role, you will apply your frontline leadership experience in fire suppression, emergency response, and prevention strategy to help develop realistic, standards-aligned AI models and simulation tools. Your operational insight will directly contribute to improving digital solutions that support fire safety and emergency preparedness.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance on fire suppression tactics, rescue operations, incident command procedures, and prevention strategies for AI training models
Review and validate emergency response scenarios to ensure realism, accuracy, and adherence to industry standards
Translate real-world supervisory experiences into structured training inputs for AI systems
Identify procedural gaps or inconsistencies in AI-generated firefighting simulations and recommend improvements
Ensure all training content aligns with applicable fire codes, safety regulations, and departmental best practices
Document operational nuances, decision-making frameworks, and leadership considerations in both written and verbal formats
Collaborate remotely with cross-functional technical teams to refine AI-driven training tools
Required
Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience serving as a First-Line Supervisor of Firefighting and Prevention Workers
Strong knowledge of fire suppression techniques, rescue operations, emergency management, and fire prevention programs
Experience leading teams during active emergency incidents
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to evaluate procedures critically and provide structured, actionable feedback
Comfortable working remotely and engaging with digital collaboration tools
Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and professional standards
Preferred Qualifications
Experience developing or delivering firefighter training programs
Familiarity with simulation technologies, AI systems, or digital training platforms
Certifications in fire service leadership, fire instruction, or incident command systems
Background in policy development or fire prevention program management
