We are hiring an  experienced and results-oriented Online Business Manager (OBM)  to manage daily operations, oversee projects, and coordinate cross-functional teams. This is a  full-time remote role  for professionals who can drive execution, accountability, and business performance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities  Manage day-to-day business operations and internal workflows
Work closely with leadership on planning, execution, and business strategy
Oversee multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables
Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and ensure operational efficiency
Create, document, and optimize SOPs and business processes
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
Ensure effective communication, accountability, and timely execution across teams
Mandatory Eligibility Criteria   Minimum 2 years of total professional experience (mandatory)
No career gap exceeding 2 months is allowed at any stage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mandatory)
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Proven experience managing remote or cross-functional teams
Hands-on experience with project management tools (Click Up, Asana, Trello, etc.)
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
