• Strategically lead territory management, including portfolio steering and cross-functional team alignment
• Drive strategy and advocate for state-specific needs while ensuring compliance with regulations
• Develop and implement strategies to meet personal lines budgets and member needs

• BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 10 years of related work experience, with at least 5 years managing personal lines insurance products
• Proven people leadership skills and experience in shaping company culture
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Solid knowledge of property and casualty insurance products and pricing

• MBA strongly preferred
• CPCU certification or actuarial designation (ACAS, FCAS)
• 5+ years managing people and experience leading product management teams
• Demonstrated commitment to inclusivity and team empowerment
• Ability to translate enterprise strategy for team members
