• Strategically lead territory by managing a portfolio and making decisions impacting markets, including pricing and distribution strategy
• Lead and empower a team to anticipate needs and provide timely information
• Develop and implement strategies to meet personal lines budgets and membership needs
• Build and maintain productive relationships with key partners, including internal teams and regulatory bodies
• Support product lifecycle strategy and ensure successful product filings

• BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 10 years of related work experience, with at least 5 years managing personal lines insurance products and pricing
• Strong business knowledge and consultative, results-focused approach
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to drive collaboration and teamwork across functions

• MBA strongly preferred
• CPCU certification or actuarial designation (ACAS, FCAS)
• 5+ years managing people
• 3+ years leading product management teams or related functions
• Demonstrated ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment
