• BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 10 years of related work experience, with at least 5 years managing personal lines insurance products
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Proven track record of using data to inspire action and drive results
• Ability to lead and collaborate effectively across teams

• MBA strongly preferred
• CPCU certification or actuarial designation (ACAS, FCAS)
• 5+ years of experience managing people
• Experience leading product management teams or related functions
• Demonstrated ability to foster an inclusive and collaborative work environment
