• BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 10 years of related work experience, with at least 5 years managing personal lines insurance products
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Proven experience in product management for medium to large business accounts
• Ability to drive collaboration and teamwork across functions

• MBA strongly preferred
• CPCU certification or actuarial designation (ACAS, FCAS)
• 5+ years of experience managing people
• 3+ years of experience leading product management teams or related functions
• Demonstrated ability to actively shape company culture and foster an inclusive environment
