• Strategically lead territory management, including portfolio steering and decision-making impacting markets
• Lead a team of professionals to anticipate needs and provide timely information
• Advocate for state-specific strategies while understanding compliance and organizational objectives
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve personal lines budgets and meet membership needs
• Build and maintain productive relationships with key partners, including internal teams and regulatory bodies

• BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 10 years of related work experience, with typically 5+ years managing personal lines insurance products
• Proven track record of using data to inspire action and drive business results
• Strong business knowledge of P&C insurance products, pricing, and product management
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills

• MBA strongly preferred
• CPCU certification or actuarial designation (ACAS, FCAS)
• 5+ years of experience managing teams in product management or related functions
• Demonstrated ability to create a collaborative and inclusive work environment
• Experience in shaping company culture through active involvement in employee engagement initiatives
