What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Strategically lead territory, aligning teams and making impactful decisions on pricing, underwriting, and distribution strategy
• Lead a team responsible for anticipating needs and providing timely information
• Develop and implement strategies to meet personal lines budgets and membership needs
• Build and maintain productive relationships with key partners, including internal teams and regulatory bodies
• Stay informed about industry shifts and regulatory developments to ensure compliance and competitiveness

• BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 10 years of related work experience, with at least 5 years managing personal lines insurance products
• Proven track record of using data to inspire action
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to drive collaboration and teamwork across functions

• MBA strongly preferred
• CPCU certification or actuarial designation (ACAS, FCAS)
• 5+ years managing people and leading product management teams
• Experience actively shaping company culture and fostering an inclusive environment
• Willingness to travel as needed for role-related activities
