• Strategically lead territory management and align teams to drive business results

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve personal lines budgets
• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, distribution partners, and regulatory bodies
• Stay informed about industry shifts and regulatory developments to inform strategy

• BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 10 years of related work experience in the P&C insurance industry
• At least 5 years of experience managing personal lines insurance products and pricing
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Proven ability to drive collaboration and teamwork across functions

• MBA strongly preferred
• CPCU certification or actuarial designation (ACAS, FCAS)
• Experience leading product management teams or related functions
• Demonstrated ability to shape company culture through actions and initiatives
• Proven track record of using data to inspire action
