Position:Clinical Applications Product Manager
The Clinical Applications Product Manager is based in Leica Instruments Singapore and reports to the Senior Director of Portfolio Management Microsurgery. This on‑site role is responsible for sustaining and evolving a portfolio of clinical software solutions that remain relevant for customers and patients.
In This Role- Drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap for clinical software solutions.
- Support the development, launch and sustainment of clinical applications (hardware & software).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize customer needs, market trends, regulatory requirements, industry and scientific intelligence.
- Develop business plans for new products (expected revenue, margin) and analyse launch and revenue growth of the portfolio.
- Own critical deliverables for new products and engage in improvement or quality and compliance for existing products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Life Sciences with 5+ years experience as Product Manager in the stated industry, OR Master’s degree with 3+ years experience.
- English speaking.
- Ability to travel globally (~30%).
- MBA
- Experience in Microsurgery, Medical Digital Imaging, AR/VR, Integrated OR, software or Image Guided Surgery (IGS).
- One additional language.
