Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Enrollment Specialists to achieve performance goals Oversee team training, monitor performance metrics, and implement process improvements Ensure timely processing of new enrollments and resolution of escalations

Required Qualifications High School Diploma and three years of call center experience or equivalent education and experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to maintain a professional home office environment Experience in a high call volume environment Ability to clear a background check
