Yourkey responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
:
Define and lead the direction of the domain, ensuring the product teams are united by a shared mission. - Product Alignment, Coaching and People Development
:
Align, support, and coach all Product Managers within the domain, fostering a culture of feedback and continuous growth. - Holistic Product View
:
Maintain a holistic view of our products, setting domain goals and priorities, and providing strategic sparring for the Product Managers. - Holistic Customer Journey Focus
:
Strategically align and integrate the various elements of our offerings to build a cohesive customer journey. - Customer‑Centric Approach
:
Amplify the customer voice as a key driver in product development while balancing customer wins with business objectives. - Empowerment and Collaboration
:
Strengthen the autonomy of Product Managers by facilitating cross‑functional collaboration and ensuring consistency in product development practices. - Leading by Functional Authority

Exercise leadership through expertise and professional authority in a matrix organization, guiding product strategies without direct disciplinary control.

- Senior or Group Product Manager with several years of experience in SaaS product environments; disciplinary leadership experience is a strong advantage.
- A natural mentor who inspires and supports team members.
- Strategically minded with strong analytical skills, capable of shaping product roadmaps and aligning stakeholders.
- Quick to identify potential product risks and proactive in developing solutions.
- Passionate about user‑centered design, leveraging research and insights.
- Collaborative partner building trust across stakeholders.
- Excellent communicator in English;
German proficiency is a plus. - Big‑picture focused, keeping all product managers motivated and aligned.
