£60,000 - £70,000 + Company Car + Bonuses + Private medical + Hybrid + Excellent Company Benefits

You will oversee a diverse portfolio of housing developments, taking full responsibility for delivery from inception to completion. As Contracts Manager, you will be instrumental in driving performance, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards across the Midlands.

THE ROLE:
Contract Manager for residential/ Social housing projects
Oversee the administration of contracts throughout their lifecycle
Work closely with the site manager and commercial manager to develop and manage budgets for contracts
Maintain the IMS requirements, policies, and procedures.
THE PERSON:
New build experience in social housing
experience gained with a contractor rather than a house builder. (preferred not essential
In a Contracts Manager position at present
Live commutable to Kegworth
Full UK driving license
