Accounting Manager – Fully On-Site (Transition to Hybrid) – Indianapolis, IN
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year

• Oversee accounting operations, including general ledger, financial reporting, and reconciliations
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes with accuracy and efficiency
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis to drive business decisions
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal policies, and regulatory standards
• Manage and mentor a small accounting team, fostering growth and collaboration
• Work cross-functionally with operations and leadership to improve financial processes

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred)
• 6+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing experience strongly preferred)
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Excel
• Leadership skills, problem-solving mindset, and ability to drive process improvements
