🌟 What You'll Do:
Lead, coach, and develop a dynamic team of associates to achieve departmental goals.
Strategically coordinate collection activities, including auto dialer/list strategies, to maximize efforts.
Prepare work schedules, streamline workflows, and monitor team productivity.
Review and approve escalated collection actions, including repossessions and legal proceedings.
Resolve escalated customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Analyze business reports to measure success and identify improvement opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
🎓 What You Bring:
🔹 Education:
High school diploma/GED required.
🔹 Experience:
At least 1 year of supervisory experience and 3-5 years of collections experience.
🔹 Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (intermediate level).
- Knowledge of skip tracing and relevant federal/state collection laws.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
🔹 Traits: A common-sense problem solver who can motivate teams and handle sensitive customer data with care.
