REMOTE- Lead Product Manager

Insight Global is looking for a Lead Digital Product Manager for a large healthcare insurance provider. We are looking for candidates that have worked on external facing customer applications. This PM will be responsible for overseeing other product specialists, handling new feature requests, and bridging the gap between web and native mobile engineering teams. You will be responsible for taking strategic ownership, portfolio collaboration, and agile product management.

A successful candidate will have a background in healthcare insurance, following SAFe agile methodologies and strong cross functional skills working with multiple teams at a time. This role is a fully remote contract role.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of hands-on experience as a Product Manager
- Experience as a LEAD Product Manager - overseeing other Product Specialists
- SAFe Agile experience
- Background in Healthcare Insurance
- Vast experience working with stakeholders, and third party vendors

- Experience with common workflow tools such as Rally, and Air table
- Ability to be the liaison between business and IT
