What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Own renewal forecasting and manage Net Revenue Retention (NRR) across the Digital segment
  • Drive strategies to increase retention and reduce past-due renewals through proactive outreach
  • Optimize renewal automation and improve the self-serve renewal experience for customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Revenue Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Operations
  • Lead and manage a team of Customer Success Managers, focusing on performance metrics and coaching
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Retention
  • 2+ years of experience in people management
  • Proven experience managing renewal forecasting and revenue targets
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using dashboards and performance data
  • Experience building or optimizing lifecycle automation using industry-standard tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in SaaS or EdTech environments
  • Proven track record of innovation and creativity in solving challenges
  • Experience leading geographically distributed teams and driving accountability
