Job DescriptionWhat you’ll do
This position is responsible for leading the enterprise transformation program for one of the major banking clients, accountable for end‑to‑end outcomes across the client life cycle — from contract to delivery alignment, mobilization through to go‑live and scale. Own executive stakeholder alignment, program governance, delivery quality, and time‑to‑value, partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering, Info Sec, and other internal stakeholders to ensure commitments are met or exceeded.
Strong technical fluency in modern banking platforms and cloud architectures—able to challenge assumptions, interpret designs, and ensure delivery quality.
Must have leadership and executive presence, ability to be innovative, as is primarily responsible for implementing the product to a customer and collaborating with staff members on a regular basis. Advise executives regarding how to balance competing priorities and oversee projects and activities to ensure that effective business strategies and goals are met.

- Be aware of the features and evolutions of the Pismo platform
- Deployment requirements knowledge
This is a remote position. A remote position does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a Visa office location. Remote positions may be required to be present at a Visa office with scheduled notice.

Qualifications Basic Qualifications- 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 10 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA /JD/MD), or a minimum of 5 years of work experience with a PhD
- 15 or more years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 12 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, or MD), PhD with 9+ years of experience
- Minimum 15 years of Industry Experience in Banking and Enterprise Transformation
- Based on Columbus, OH (Preferred);
Willingness and ability to travel for at least 3 days a week every week for at least first 9 months of the engagement - Led at least one Tier‑1 bank core modernization from signature to production eg. Temenos, Mambu, Thought Machine, FIS, Fiserv or equivalent.
- Owned multi‑year transformation governance with C‑level stakeholders, demonstrable recovery of troubled programs.
- Operated in cloud, microservices, API streaming architectures, familiar with rigorous change control, release, and resiliency practices.
- Regulatory savvy US banking controls, risk frameworks with proven delivery to audit and compliance expectations.
- Expertise in building and scaling high-performing teams, with a hands‑on leadership style that emphasizes mentorship, empowerment, and a culture of accountability.
