• Provide leadership to the Inside Sales team and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Coach and develop inside sales managers and representatives to meet performance expectations and key performance indicators
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiencies and improve business results
• Facilitate communication between Inside Sales and internal departments to ensure compliance and meet customer service objectives
• Manage the timely exchange of information for reporting purposes and improve process efficacies

• Minimum of 10 years of work experience, including 5 years in sales and 3 years in a leadership role
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience managing an inside sales center or equivalent, with vendor management and pharmacy experience
• Strong analytical skills and experience analyzing call metrics
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Experience implementing complex product training across diverse teams
• Familiarity with the diabetes industry or strong knowledge of diabetes and treatment options
• Ability to coordinate internal resources for nationwide sales team coverage
• Strong hands‑on computer and analysis skills
