Senior Manager, Inside Sales; Remote

• Create and communicate a vision and strategy for the inside sales department, driving desired outcomes and sales results
• Coach and develop the inside sales leadership team against key performance indicators and target objectives
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives and innovative ideas to enhance efficiencies and business results
• Manage the timely, accurate exchange of information for reporting and improve process efficiencies
• Ensure field and customer satisfaction, responsiveness, and escalation management

• 10+ years of work experience, including 5+ years in sales and 3+ years in a leadership role
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience managing an inside sales center or equivalent, with vendor management and retail experience
• Strong analytical skills with experience analyzing call metrics
• Excellent communication and leadership skills necessary for effective department management

• Experience implementing complex product training across diverse work teams
• Familiarity with the diabetes industry or strong knowledge of the disease and treatment
• Ability to coordinate internal resources for national sales team coverage
• Strong hands-on computer and analysis skills
• Experience in developing scripts, technical documentation, and training materials
