• Accounting for, analyzing, and presenting the company's financial results in detail.
• Helping to reduce closing times and presenting monthly results to senior management.
• Leading the entire budget/forecast cycle and implementing a rolling forecast.
• Analyzing variances (budget, forecasts, previous year) and making concrete recommendations.
• Supporting operations to achieve group objectives and supervising store performance analyses, margins, and investment projects.
• Be present in the field to understand operations, manage cash flow and inventory, and identify risks/opportunities.
• Supervise and coach the FP&A team, prioritize tasks, and ensure the quality of deliverables.
• Lead interdepartmental meetings to improve profitability and prepare presentations for management, entity managers, and shareholders.

• 5 to 7 years of experience in FP&A, ideally in retail.
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, modeling, KPIs, and executive communication.
• Ability to influence operations and translate numbers into concrete decisions.
• Field orientation: good understanding of stores and warehouses, pragmatism, and practicality.
• Excellent command of Excel; assets:
  Power BI/Tableau, ERP (BC), and planning tools.
