Une firme québécoise en gestion de projets recherche un(e) Expert(e) LEAN Construction pour transformer les pratiques de gestion de chantier. Les responsabilités incluent la définition des orientations LEAN, la formation des gestionnaires et le soutien à la direction dans la transformation organisationnelle. Avec un BAC pertinent et 16 ans d'expérience, le candidat doit maîtriser le français et avoir une expertise reconnue en LEAN Construction.
