What You Will Learn

The Assistant Manager manages the end-to-end recruiting process, providing superior client attention with a larger goal of enhancing L'Oreal's attractiveness as an employer. This position requires an individual capable of making decisions in ambiguous situations, superior problem solving, and composure in a dynamic fast paced and changing environment. The Assistant Manager will be the primary point of contact for candidates and business partners at all levels of seniority and must be experienced and adept at managing interactions.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications
  • Source candidates, conduct phone screens and initial interviews for assigned positions within Operations (Supply Chain, Packaging, Sourcing and Development)
  • At any time, you could have 15-20 roles across different levels and missions
  • Maintain high quality candidate feedback in Global ATS
  • Develop candidate pipelines through internal CRM and external digital (Linked In, Indeed etc.) tools.
  • Continuously provide insight on candidate experience to ensure positive experience
  • Ensure strong partnership with the Talent Services team to ensure the candidate receives all offer and employment related information and completes requirements for eligibility to hire
  • Serve as TA contact for the Talent Services team with Hire Right for background check execution

    Maintain applicant tracking system and provide data analytics
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in TA or HR related field
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills and planning skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills in a fast paced work environment
  • High proficiency in integrated systems such as ATS, HRIS
  • Strong Microsoft Office suite experience including presentation building skills
  • Ability to handle and maintain highly confidential and sensitive date and information on a regular basis
