Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership across enterprise new-logo sales and account management teams, driving pipeline growth and ensuring sales process excellence
  • Recruit and empower a team of sales representatives, coaching them to align solutions with measurable business impact
  • Champion a high-performance sales culture focused on coaching, accountability, and continuous development
  • Manage team performance and lead the consistent execution of a healthy pipeline of enterprise SaaS opportunities
  • Effectively communicate vision and motivate team members to inspire confidence and trust
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth software environment
  • Proven leadership and mentoring skills
  • Experience with driving a consultative sales approach
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Smart, entrepreneurial profile with strategic vision and a strong bias to execute
  • Ability to recruit, train, and motivate top-tier sales talent
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for executive sales presentations and corporate events
  • Experience calling on major and national accounts selling complex solutions
