Job Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic initiatives to drive profitable growth across auto insurance products in California
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective planning and execution of product strategies
  • Develop and implement product plans while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to adapt products for local markets
  • Supervise product performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 5 years in the personal lines property and casualty insurance industry
  • Prior experience in state product management, pricing, or product strategy roles

    Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence others
  • In-depth knowledge of the P&C insurance industry and financial drivers of profitability
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree or CPCU designation
  • Experience in change management concepts and practices
  • Proven ability to mentor and coach junior team members
  • Strong commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace culture
  • Willingness to travel as needed for relationship‑building opportunities
