Job Summary: The QRS Technical Manager oversees the coordination of repair orders, technical support, and parts procurement. This role ensures operational efficiency by managing a remote team and supporting shop capacity through data‑driven decision making.
Supervisory Responsibilities- Manage and lead the QRS Repair Order Coordinators.
- Run reports to ensure proper billing and closing of repair orders.
- Manage and lead the QRS Technical Coordinators.
- Provide direction and set performance expectations.
- Conduct regular one‑on‑ones and provide performance feedback.
- Responsible for updating RMP with vendors in a timely manner.
- Oversee RMM to ensure all third‑party vendors are approved before any work is performed.
- Ensure third‑party vendors stay up to date on legal requirements for DOT and National Board.
- Ensure RMS is properly updated to reflect equipment modifications.
- Collaborate with pool team to ensure daily shop capacity is given.
- Update mechanic training records.
- Update CT letters as needed.
- Keep shops updated with proper CT letters.
Education:
- High School Diploma (required).
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).

Experience:
5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the repair services industry.
Travel: Quarterly travel required.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: Full‑time;
Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.;
Quarterly travel to meet with team members throughout the country.
Work Environment: Remote.
